Keep fit and healthy

Falling back into our mundane rut is tempting. The inital excitement of keeping fit and healthy slowly evaporates.

Three main areas should be focused on exercise, proper eating, and stress reduction. Begin starting a program of jogging/running 4-5 times per week, resistance training of sit ups/push ups 2-3 times per week and stretching on a daily basis. And learn some relaxation techniques to manage stress levels.

Health should be one of the priority in life. Always give yourself credit! When you have done something that was difficult for you, when you are able to change a bad behavior, write it down and give yourself a much deserved pat on the back. =)

Let's beseeched our Father to watch over our health, we need to do our part and make an effort to succeed by eating right, exercise, reducing stress and keep praying!
